The Greentown-Reynolds Project is a collaborative effort between Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) and Pioneer Transmission. Pioneer Transmission is a joint venture of Duke Energy and American Electric Power Company (AEP) to build transmission lines and related facilities in Indiana.
